Learning Objectives: By the end of the lesson, each child will be able to: 

1.       . Identify the multiplication sign correctly. 
2.       . Solve the multiplication problems of numbers from 1 to 5 appropriately. 
3.       . Describe the problems correctly.

Creation of the material

The content-based material or the animation that I have developed is mainly for the purpose to learn “Multiplication” for grade II. I have designed this material by using PowerPoint Presentation. We can use the feature for various purposes including the animated movies. I have especially used shapes and animations to make this material. 

When should the material be used? 

This content-based material can be used by a teacher to take the students through the topic ‘Multiplication’. The teacher can use it to introduce the lesson or when introducing the topic. The children can get a clear idea of what multiplication means when they watch this video. 

Learning Activity 

Instruction: Children will be grouped into four members in each group. There will be total of around 5 groups in total. Using the above material, students will be asked to do the multiplication on different numbers other than. Each member will be provided one question and after they are done with their individual work, they can share their solutions with their members and get corrected if there is any mistake.
